Content Contribution, Moderation & Approval Policy (CMAP)

Content created by the IES Officers specified by group heads. Content approved by respective Group Heads and it should reach e-mail id info@infinity-engg.in. for publishing on the website of machineguarding. It is necessary to contribute the content through only Official e-mail id, machineguarding.in to machineguarding at marketing@machineguarding.in.

To maintain uniformity and to bring in standardization along with associated metadata and keywords of this document content across the website is to be kept in line with ‘Guidelines for Content Categories in machineguarding-Website’.

Content received by webmaster on the designated email marketing@machineguarding.in is published on the website through a web-based Content Management System within the same working day.

Once published, the web information to the IES officer under the group heads is informed for verification and acceptance. However, the web information manager bears the responsibility of the contents on the website.

Content Archival Policy (CAP)

The divisions are reminded at the right times by sending them updates regarding their content and placing the old ones inside the Archive section.

Promotional banners published or deleted on the website only as per the requests from content owners (IES Officers and Group Heads). No banners are kept as an archive data. If there is a lapse in request for removal of banner then reminder is sent to the content owner before archiving the same.

Published date, and Unpublished/Archive date: predominantly available on the website for some of the components like Notifications, Tenders, Vacancies.

To archive the old contents, namely, documents, schemes, services, forms, websites and contact directory, the content owners must email webmaster to archive the same under Content Review Policy.

Content Review Policy (CRP)

The Content Review Policy shall be prepared in consultation with the content owners that is, IES Officer under the Group heads. The responsibility of review and approval of the content is that of the respective content owner i.e. respective IES Officer and Group Heads.

Only after being approved by the approver of the respective content that it receives is sent to the email id of an Official email id(machineguarding.in) at marketing@machineguarding.in. Published by the CMS Administrator through CMS, records are maintained of these communique’s which are available in CMS. The confirmation of the published content on machineguarding website is also given to the content owner.

All the content on the website is checked for syntax/grammar errors once a week by the Website Team of machineguarding.
